Hands down the best I have ever worked with! From our first meeting, I knew she did business differently than everyone else. She put together a large book of comps (everyone else bought a few pages) and sat down with me, educating me on the differences and where my property fit. She wasn't pushy or selling herself, like a lot of agents I had met with did; it was genuinely about me, my property & my wants and needs. Angela literally showed my husband and I over 20 houses as we went back and forth between buying and renting during the pandemic. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. She managed to always answer all my questions with her busy schedule. We ended up renting but hoping to buy a house with her very very very very soon!!!! Angela Chaman is a top-notch broker. She is a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, organized and well-seasoned in her profession. We worked with her to sell our home and we had given her the difficult task of finding us a replacement property in the height of the market. Angela was able to get both jobs done in a matter of 1 month! For the house we were selling in Great Neck, we had MANY private showings, a successful open house (a line of people waiting outside in the rain to get into the open house). She found our buyer quickly, negotiated a great price and was always involved in making sure the process was moving seamlessly. For our new property. Angela is a skilled negotiator. The best in Great Neck, PERIOD. We were looking for a finished house for 3 years (im picky). When we couldn't find the right new construction house, Angela found the BEST land for us (and one of the largest) for us to build - larger than the new construction ones.
